What's included in the price and are there any hidden fees?
Your quote includes the trailer, delivery, setup, stocking (hand soap, paper goods, fresh flowers), and breakdown. We will never add fuel surcharges, cleaning fees, or service charges after you’ve signed. If something changes on your end, we handle adjustments transparently before the event.
What's the difference between a luxury restroom trailer and a standard porta potty?
A luxury restroom trailer is a fully self-contained bathroom on wheels — with real flushing toilets, running hot and cold water, climate control, hardwood floors, vanity mirrors, and premium finishes. Standard porta potties are basic plastic units with chemical holding tanks. The experience is night-and-day different.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 3–6 months out — especially for spring and fall weekends, which fill quickly. For corporate events and private parties, 4–6 weeks notice is typically sufficient. That said, reach out even if your event is coming up soon and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you need a water or power hookup at my venue?
Our trailers are fully self-contained — fresh water tanks and waste tanks are built in. No external hookup is required. We do recommend access to a standard electrical outlet for the best climate control performance, but we can discuss generator options for fully off-grid venues.
How many stalls do I need for my guest count?
A general rule: plan for 1 toilet per 50 guests for events up to 4 hours. For longer events or events where alcohol is served, we recommend more. Our quote process will walk you through the right trailer configuration based on your headcount, event duration, and timing.
Can the trailer be placed on grass or uneven ground?
Yes — our trailers are designed for outdoor terrain. We need a reasonably level surface and a path wide enough for the trailer to be towed in. When you book, we’ll ask for event venue details so we can flag any access concerns well before your event day.
What does your service area cover?
We serve Miamia and surrounding counties within approximately 15 miles. Events outside our standard service area may include a travel fee, which we’ll disclose upfront in your quote — never as a surprise after booking.
Can I add an on-site attendant?
Yes. For weddings and high-profile events, we offer a uniformed attendant who keeps the trailer stocked, clean, and fresh throughout your event. This is available as an add-on with the Signature and Prestige packages — ask about it in your quote request.
